How to return your goods

  • 2)Fill out your personal information and enter the contents of your inquiry regarding returns and replacements.

Please contact us through the inquiry form within 7 days of goods' arrival.We will contact you about the return procedure as soon as we have confirmed your purchase record.

We cannot accept returns for items that have been in your possesion for more than 8 days.Please check the condition of the goods when you have received it.

  • 3)Items returned without being confirmed by OKURA ONLINE SHOP in advance.
  • 4)Items that have been used or washed.
  • 5)Items that have been damaged or soiled under your care.
  • 6)Returns are only permitted for reasons owing to the fault of OKURA ONLINE SHOP. We cannot accept returns for reasons such as size changes, wrongly placed orders by customers.

Please keep your copy of the invoice when you have sent us goods for return.
